its all good, was just experimenting and just so happened to stumble on this

have you tried it without the legendary core? isn't it messing with energy stuff too? Maybe theres an interaction problem. Also, do you have other set items, I noticed the Stratocumulus effect, that might interfere unintenionally?

Im assuming that because the 3pc specifically says "no longer recharges" despite the in combat condition, it conflicts with the convert % of energy used to other energy from Equilibrium
