Hello, I wanted to know what would be the fastest way for me to receive customer support from gunfire games since I am missing the DLCs from my remnant 2 ultimate edition on epic, I contacted epic about this issue and they told me that I had to contact the publisher since they are responsible for handling DLCs and extra content.
I bought this ultimate edition on pre release and played it for a long time then I stopped playing and I want to play now to complete the DLCs, thank you in advance.

Arc is no longer the publisher, it seems that they transfered the rights to another company, maybe some higher up here knows which company is it.
