yes unfortunately this happens alot especially with the FAEdue to poor NAV-MESHING (Navigational Meshing). When are they going to fix all these dang bugs? A lot of them are very old bugs from the Bioware Era.

They won't because the game is not actively in development anymore.
The last update was in November 2024.
