So I have tried for like 3 hours finding the extraction hub but I have been unable to find it, I really want to get the plasma cutter gun but I don’t know how can someone maybe help?

You're probably losing a lot of time getting lost. For the Forgotten Prison maps, you can find the first boss dungeon (the one that leads to the map with Extraction Hub/Titan's Reach) fast by hugging the left fog border on Abyssal Rift. It'll be the first dungeon you come across.
For the Seeker's Rest line, just hug the right fog border and walk into the first dungeon you find
Shouldn't take you longer than like 10-20 minutes to check whether you have the Hub
You can pretty much hear it as soon as you enter the second open world map
