The condition is killing a World Boss for the first time.

Tal'Ratha
Sha'Hala
Alepsis-Taura (DLC)
Yaesha:
The Corruptor
Corrupted Ravager

Nightweaver
Faelin/Faerin
One True King (DLC)

Do I have to do it in campaign? I ran dark horizon twice on adventure and I also did I forgotten Kingdom on adventure as well? Did that not count?

you shouldnt need to have to do it on campaign, but give it a shot i guess

Yeah I've also done the gauntlet as well so I don't know. I think the only thing I haven't defeated the world boss on is campaign

There shouldn't be any other conditions. You can try restarting the game I suppose, but the prims unlock being bugged is news to me. I know for a fact that Alepsis Taura adventure works as unlock on PS5, so i'm not sure what the problem is

I've actually been trying this for the past 3 days. I have restarted my game multiple times including restarting my PlayStation

Try hitting the "Delete Campaign" button on the Character select screen.
Dont worry you won't lose any metaprogress. For you it only rerolls your campaign, but for the game reroll and delete are different.

I did an entire campaign run last night guys still don't have it
