I can't find the blood moon alter in Yaesha

hi! i just finished campaign and i can say, at least for me, blood moon altar was near the root nexus checkpoint. It has a blue marker on map

@versed nova and I were trying to find the Blood Moon Altar in our world but we couldn't find it. We searched for its location and it was mentioned that it is guaranteed to be found in Yaesha and since we completed it and didn't find the altar we asked for help, Spyke tried to help us but he also couldn't find it in our world.
Can you help us find it? is it guaranteed to spawn in Yaesha or could it spawn somewhere else?

I know some NPCs can just not spawn, it’s very rare but it can happen
