Leveled prism from 50 to 51.
It still gives me the button to "Level up".
When clicking the level up button it goes to the screen which shows you 3 options to select from and plays the audio but it doesn't actually show you anything to select.
Also, there is no button to reset the legendary bonus anymore. Can only cleans prism.

Try equipping the prism that won’t let you reroll the legendary and get some more XP with it equipped. Seems like a bug since the most recent patch and that seems to fix it for most people. Hopefully.
