I wasn’t allowed to feed my prism until I had selected all available upgrades for it. But even when I did feed it, it didn’t show the fragment chance of the one that I fed to it.

It's a different issue than the cleanse legendary bug that was fixed by this method.

I also just reached 4 fusions, and when I try to feed a fragment into it, it doesn't actually do anything
