The custodian's bastion ring does not always add armour in the UI and needs to be re-equipped for the armour stat to reflect the proper values. I am unsure if this is just a UI bug or if the values are also not applying in-game.

Yeah I was hoping it was just displaying the wrong numbers in the menus but functioning properly outside of what's displayed, but it's probably more likely that it isn't working as intended functionally
