Shield drone skill do not award 10% damage reduction.
Screenshots attached. Without drone: 34.2%. With drone: 38.2%.
4% damage reduction difference is from Safeguard perk. Which award 1 Bulwark. Without drone 3 bulwark for 18%. With drone 4 bulwark for 22%. Which is exactly 4% difference. No 10% damage reduction from skill itself. What I noticed that when drone is active all Elemental resistances increased by 10 which is different from 10% damage reduction promised in skill description.

Tested and confirmed. Buff tooltip appears showing that 10% DR should be applied, but only the stack of bulwark from the team perk is applied.
Can also confirm that it's giving 10 to all resists while deployed
