Just downloaded the DLC on release and was able to join my buddies world as we looked at the new fragment system but once we loaded into the one shot our game crashed. After loading back up we keep getting kicked to the main menu after trying to join. Some thing happens when trying to join a public game. Hope this gets fixed so we can explore the last DLC together🥺

If the game actually fully crashed, can you please send over your crash log?
To find crash logs, Press Windows Key and R and paste the following into the field:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Remnant2\Saved\Crashes
once in that folder, zip up your most recent crash and send it to [email protected]

Unfortunately it wasn't a full crash, both of us started running in place so I had to force quit using task manager as it was stuck like that for about 3 minutes

Yup! Just ran through and double checked everything on the list. Can confirm our clocks are synced, epic accounts are connected, launchers are installed, and even ran the development.cmd.
Also tried to join via steam overlay, epic overlay, and world stone to no avail

@plain dove a lot of people are experiencing this issue, I don't believe it is a user issue. It was working two days ago and then just stopped, but I didn't change any of my settings whatsoever

I also can't join coop games with friends. I am on game pass pc and can't join xbox friend nor other game pass pc friend(worked fine last sunday with both). It tries to connect for a while and then I get the Connection Lost message and back to char selection screen.

I’m on Xbox and I connected fine 3 separate times and each time after about 5 minutes the game freezes and I get kicked to the main menu and it says” network connection lost”
This is definitely a bug. I haven’t tried joining someone’s game that’s not on the new expansion. It likely wouldn’t make any difference either.
