install is complete and DLC is showing under manage DLC area on Steam, however it does not show as "In Library" on the store front as it should

For Xbox people check manage games and add ons to see if it’s there if not restart your console to micro update it and please for the love of god make sure it’s installed on the right drive

Yeah same here. After I installed it, I launched the game and went to reroll to start it, it didnt show up. I'm just uninstalling and reinstalling everything, I'll let you know how that goes
