The Kolket Eyelet is supposed to give stacks of 0.3 hp regen PER stack of bulwark.
The Thalos Eyelet increases the max stacks of bulwark up to 6.
at 6 Bulwark stacks, the Kolket Eyelet only gives 5 stacks of regen.
after a friend joined, the stacks correctly show 6 stacks of regen.
after he left and i reduced my bulwark below 6 and then increased it again, the regen was again capped at 5
the bug happens when i increase bulwark by picking up a heavy weapon from turret mode, but not when i spawn the turret in my hands
(using the Mechanics Cog)
the bug also occurs from other sources of bulwark gain
