constant crashing

Hello I've been experiencing constant crashing, I've crashed a total of 8 times in the past hour

At what point is it crashing? Joining games, or just throughout? What area? What xbox are you playing on?

Just throughout, any area, series S, sorry I couldn't reply sooner lol I was sleeping so that's my bad

no worries. HAve you tried reinstalling the game and doing full power down on your xbox?

I have tried reinstalling and powering down it did not fix the issues

Just curious if your on an s are u using an external drive for storage or the internal storage . If internal how much memory do u have left ? Its been recomended to not push the memory past like 75 % . Also have u tryed clearing the console cache? Aka hard reset and pull the plug while pushing the power button a few time to drain the energy store ? The other thing u could try is clearing the xbox storage this will not delete any saves or progress and xbox copies direct to xcloud its automatic . Hope something helps ya . Iv had alot of xbox probs with this gen never owned an s but same same
