Hey i’m hoping to reach out to someone who can give me some information on what do. I’ve attached a video on the issue i’m currently facing. Every time i try to select my main character it loops me back to the main menu. I have tried the following things uninstalling and reinstalling, closing or restarting the ps5. I can see my character but I cannot access it. I have another character made for HC and was able to access him. Game has the latest expansion. I played last Saturday and everything was fine. I have close to 200 hours on this character. I have put alot of work and effort into him. I don’t want to lose him. Please someone help me.

Are you able to join other people's games through the invite system with that character?
also, do you remember where you were last time you logged in?

I will try getting an invite and report back to you. I have uninstalled and installed from my library and nothing changes. I last left off in the beginning of the dlc. We were about to face off against a boss. There was a fog gate. We left off there.

Usually the reason for this is something is messed up in your world save and there's usually no way to fix that, however what you can try is to just uninstall the dlc and when it tries to load into the dlc it will fail and should send you back to town. From there you can quit the game, reinstall the dlc, load back in and reroll the campaign or adventure mode you were in

Go to home screen or your Game Library.
Highlight the game with the add-on you want to delete.
Press the 'Options' button on your controller.
Select 'Manage Game Content'.
Hit 'Delete' next to the add-on you want to delete.
Press 'Delete' on the pop-up to confirm you want to delete the add-on.

There isnt a delete option on ps5 for this game. As the dlc addons are in-game licence
