After completing the story with Lydusa peacefully, you can return to Goddess's Rest as many times as you like and receive a reward each time.

If the DLC comes first in the campaign, then with these bugs you can get all 3 keys without going through the remaining biomes. I hope I don't break my game with this, but I'll still check what happens when I first meet Clementine....
