For some reason even though I have the DLC I'm not able to equip the items from it so probably can't acces the DLC in a whole?

I had bought the Ultimate Edition, I didn't recieve the rewards for it either. & Now I come to find out I didn't even get the DLC.
Anyway I can fix this?
I've already uninstalled & reinstalled it yesterday aswell trying to fix being stuck in offline mode. Which didn't help.
