#Drop & tileset chance on higher diff

Hi! I know the difficulty completion on Vet and above unlocks weapons, but does chance of certain other loot/map tileset increase on higher diff? Or is it all RNG?

Iron, Forged Iron, Galvanized Iron, and Hardened Iron (upgrade mats) are based on character Power Level.
Scrap and exp gains get a slight bonus dependent on difficulty.
Everything else is RNG.

Relic fragment quality I believe increases with total archetype level.
