Trying to get the mutator from the dungeon boss.
Is it a random dungeon? The wiki states that it's on the ground floor of the One True King's Palace.
So far I didn't find it.

I know that. It's only that the wiki states the dungeon entrance would be on the True King's ground floor. Is it extremely rare? I played the game for 90 hours 40+ after buying the DLC and I haven't seen this dungeon once.

It's not super rare, look for a side dungeon with the fey style door (the glowing tracery doors). You might have better luck rolling palace, since you have 2 guaranteed fey side dungeons accessible from the first map.

Although, you do need to roll it at least once in marrow parish to get one of the rewards (turn in the medallion to the web for... I don't remember what... some ring).
