Game stuck in background processes | Remnant Game | Page 1

I don't know where to really post this since the tags don't really work with whatever issue I'm having, but Remnant 2 doesn't seem to load in for some reason. The Steam page says that the game is running, but the game does not appear on the task bar. When I load in Task Manager, I can see Remnant 2 on the background processes. When I tried fixing it by Steam's help and also the internet, sometimes I get the error S:0000065432. The background processes issue seems to have affected most of my Steam games, and I don't want to end up to the point on where I have to factory reset my pc again to see if anything has fixed or not.

I didn't move anything when I first downloaded the game to now

Yes, I have tried installing, although it does take a long time to reinstall (around 3-4 days)

Yeah, although some I was able to solve by going to properties and enabling these options

Remnant 2 did not work with this method though

yeah, you shouldn't run remnant as admin

I mean if it's happening with multiple games it doesn't sound like it's a remnant issue

Yeah, I tried contacting Steam, but they said if whatever they recommended doesn't work then try contacting the dev support team

what are your system specs?

my cpu is a intel core i7-9700k and my gpu is a nvidia rtx 2070

i dont know what is making this happen but sometimes steam also just gets stuck in the background processes as well, it does come back after like a couple minutes and opening and closing it

Well, i don't think there is anything i can help with here if it's happening to multiple other steam games you own
