I'm going after the pulse rifles, and from what I've heard, you need both Dormant Ne'rud facility, and Terminus Station dungeons. Is this true? Or can other dungeons have the keys I need to open the pulse rifle door.

yeah it's true, just go to the custodian underground and check if you need 2 keys or not

Yes! You need the Decorum Cipher (Terminus Station) & Memory core from Dormant N'Erudian Facility 🙂

I had more success when i had the Forgotten prison as a starting area, going into the abyssal Rift. Just took a bit of rolling

I already beat tal ratha, and I thought all the dungeons popped up after, 2 question marks did

There is a multiplayer Trait in the dormant facility. If you have a co op person, thye can help you out
