the game still forces u to use a consumable by logging out of the game. come on people, really! thought this would be fixed by now. wouldn´t be so bad if the stuff wasn´t so hard to come by. go to "system", then click on "exit to main menu", that´s when this incident happens.

Avoid passing over the inventory tab when trying to exit the game. If you open the menu I can't remember which button either select or start will open the menu under the map tab and the system tab is right next to it bypassing the inventory tab and preventing you from using a consumable until they can fix it

Yeah but you can't avoid it on consoles and this was flagged Xbox. On ps5, at least, you must "tab" through every single menu before getting to the system tab(you also cannot skip by going all the way "left" to warp to the right menu - a personal UI pet peeve of mine lol)

a workaround is move the stick and use the cursor to enter the system tab, dont use L1/R1 or LB/RB

@coral pecanNot sure what buttons open menu on PS5 but for Xbox the start and select buttons work the same as PC at opening the menu in those specific tabs. So my work around works for Xbox. I would think whatever button is assigned on PS5 controller to open menu would still open the menu in one of those specific tabs unless it doesn't and it takes you straight to the inventory tab.
