Unless you are using something like malevolence, archon, or feedback, mods don't generate power for themselves

follower I'm pretty sure does help archon gen

not sure about feedback, but you shouldn't use that right now cause half of it is nonfunctional

Malevolence is more powerful than intended, and allowing mods to gen during their active duration when they shouldn't (like Swarm) and is going to be changed
