Game not functional

Hello I've been told to contact u from the support ticket I've had on going for weeks. The support told me that because epic refuse a refund due to the troubleshooting methods taking so long it wasn't eligible which was the support guys failt and that the game apparently will work fine on steam that you can provide me with a steam key so I can FINALLY play remnant 2 which I've been waiting forever for. I've wasted hours trying to fix this I was told to message here as support dont have any keys but you do and can sort this out. I've spent a week troubleshooting and I've gone over EVERY possible step and solution and it hasn't fixed the issue

Epic won't refund as its been open more than 2 hours due to the troubleshooting steps taking longer than that

Game controls arent working, can't click or do anything, i am just watching the menu

what if you alt tab out of the game and then click back?

do you also have a controller plugged in?

also try this:
Open up Discord.
Go to settings -> Overlay
Disable the Overlay

No controller plugged in. Tried that but didn't work

Sorry, we have no solution for this issue as you're the first person we've heard of with the issue.

Apparently it's just a epic games issue. The support on the publisher website said you can provide a steam key and should because I physically can't refund it on epic because the troubleshooting there causes it to go over the refund time

So can I PLEASE just get a steam key so I can FINALLY play the game I've paid for 😭😭😭

if it says that on the publisher website, you should contact the publisher

The publisher told me to contact you as there's no keys they can provide snd they told me you have them

The publisher support manager told me to contact the developer for it which he said the best way was discord
