Chimney xp got nerfed I think?

I'd recommend stacking xp buffs if you have them, so like Mudtooth tonic, sagestone ring, the Scholar trait.If you have alchemist levelled at all you can equip it before drinking the tonic to make use of the extended consumable duration trait and the swap off it.

For areas, I found the Hatchery on N'erud pretty good for solid consistent xp gains. If you're also planning on doing higher difficulties, you can also level some of them up 'passively' by just playing through content with the difficulty xp boost. But if you're just looking to level, Hatchery is a good area.
