The huge field such as far woods/ withering field or faithless thicket will cause me to have 18 fps for some reason.

This may be do to foilage quality setting (the places you all mentioned have a lot of foilage).
Other things to try are turning off detailed shadows and in general just messing with your graphics settings.
I'm curious to know which setting makes it better!

all of my settings are low so i have no idea what causes it

What hardware? Might just be a GPU choke possibly?

Solid specs -- shouldn't have to run in all low!
Just making sure you have your frame-rate capped? Uncapped leads to a ton of problems in my experience.

im capped at 50 fps at densed area if i run high or med
infact, to keep constant between 70-80 fps i have to run low with 1900x1200

seems that i managed to fix it by reformatting my laptop, no idea how it happens
