could i please have some help??
hello i need help getiing the repulser mod in tower of the unseen
Sorry, fell asleep.
That's very generous of you! I just picked up the game yesterday so I'm completely unfamiliar with all of it. I just throw myself in and see what I can figure out but so far things are progressing very slowly. For instance I know how to switch guns but no idea how to grab my sword. I also have no idea how hand to hand combat works. And how do you find stuff to do upgrades? My list of questions is long 🙂
When it comes to using melee, the games takes on an interesting way of using it. Instead of scoping in or aiming your rifle, you simply hit the "fire" button or Mouse 1 to use your melee that way. You can also hold down the button to do a charge attack. Be aware, there is no jump melee attacks or ground slams from a certain height, just slash, stab and swing with whatever you have.
I have some questions about the archtype screen. What does that 6 represent below the medal? What causes that orange progress bar to increase? Does it need to completely fill to get me to the next level? How do I unlock skills? Thanks!
In the inventory screen I see consumables which look like something I would want to have quick access to in game. How does that work?
I can see in the game there's several consumables available along the bottom left of the screen but I don't see how to swap them out with other consumables
When you go into your inventory and mouse over a consumable you can press F to assign them to a quickslot
The 6 represents the level of the archetype. Every time you level up you get +1 point to their archetype trait plus a new ability or a new/upgraded perk
Thanks! How does one level up? Just by playing and killing stuff?
Yes, you level up from killing enemies. Sometimes completing objectives can give experience as well but I'm not sure on the details of that
could use some help trying to find the Engineer
Looking at my default gun I see 2 numbers. The top one, 62, is your ammo count but what is the number below? The 93
And what does pressing F do?
93 is the amount of ammo in reserve
So after you use all 62 bullets in the current clip, you have 93 bullets left in reserve
Eventually you will run out of ammo without picking up ammo packs or replenishing in some other way
F - This button activates the mod on your weapon
Weapons can have a mod attached which do various things
On your character screen mouse over your weapon to see what mod it has equipped and learn what it does. You can right-click the weapon to change the mod
Some weapons have mods built-in that cannot be changed. You will see that as you get more weapons
