Killed Annihilation (apoc) 8/11/23 after the patch in co-op. Host awarded items, both non-host players have not received the items. We've traveled away from Ward 13 and back. Clicked the stone. Restarted the game and still no rewards. The bug still exists in some capacity.

There's a lot of player confusion regarding difficulty reward unlocks for co-op partners? My understanding, from the wording of a reddit dev commemt, is co-op partners should absolutely unlock rewards provided they killed the five bosses at that difficulty.
Is that definitively true? Does it matter if it's across different campaigns with different hosts?
Any clarification would be so appreciated.

For purposes of our issues. Two of us completed everything together. The third player was there for all of Ashen - less Venom, and some of the prior bosses (I couldn't say for certain which ones he was present for).

Update: Following a log out for the evening (and nearly another apoc campaign done) NPC's had the rewards for sale several hours later.

@tame jackal Yes, I logged in this morning and my vendor's all had the apoc rewards. Third player still does not have access to any though.
