That's how brakes are supposed to sound, I think, but if you're still concerned, you might want to somehow lubricate the internals of the brake calipers. My Mustang does this, but it has manual drum brakes, so it might be an exception compared to your power disc brakes.

Noise seems a little loud for a pretty new car, have a look at the caliper, pads may be sticking or piston bores may be corroded or out of wack
