2010 ford fusion 2.5 192k miles

I just did my pass front axle on my car and I pulled the wheel speed sensor off the knuckle. When I put everything back together I put the sensor back in the knuckle and now my ABS and traction light is on. According to my mechanic he says they tend to die when you mess with them even little especially when there old. AutoZone told me it would be 80 dollars for a new one. I don’t really wanna go online either casue I don’t wanna wait for shipping. Someone help
