Any body know what this is?
My coils are squeaking pretty good and I took this pic to see whats up and i noticed this

i haven’t checked the other side yet but it looks like something from the top of the strut this is my first experience with coils btw so still learning everything

those appear to be aftermarket struts btw

most likely a ruuber insulator for the coil to seat onto. cant tell unless you remove the wheel and lift the car off the ground

any ideas to reduce the squeakiness of them? i looked it up and everything i found was that they prolly need to be lubed
