I made an unfortunate mistake of trying to park in a tight spot yesterday. I didn’t know that the front vehicle had a bumper railing. It fucked up my car quite a bit and I got quoted from a body shop in NYC $1,750. Ive attached some pictures and just wanted some opinions.

I brought it down to $1,750. He said he’s going to put an OEM front bumper. Replace the silver molding (after market), and the side clips for the front bumper.
He said he’ll also take care of some polishing for me on the side where I had surface level clear coat scratches (not deep)

The process and his suggestions sound on par with what I’d expect the repair process for this. Your next step is to get two more quotes from two other shops so you can do some competition shopping. I’d venture the guess that if you can get this fixed outside of NYC you can probably do better on price, but there are a ton of variables.
