I also noticed the headlights only turn on while the key is turned to accessory mode. None of this really makes sense to me and I’m genuinely worried I fried the circuit and it will be a pain in the ass to repair

Sanity check, check dedicated fuse 8, Instrument cluster and right side marker lamps share the same fuse.

Further reading dedicated fuse 8 goes to the Multi center display unit as well

You fried the switch for toure lights or ecm for the lights. If the fuses are okay.

Yeah I just replaced this fuse even though I didn’t see any damage to it and that fixed the gauges not lighting up and also the side markers

#

However the center clock and sunroof still get no power

#

I’m assuming that is fuse #4 shown on that diagram since it’s related to those components
