1988 Nissan Gloria with Clarion Casette Deck + Kenwood KSC-Z77 (Rear) + Clarion Speaker (Front)
When I drive on bump etc, KSC-Z77 Sound get weird, cracking going silent etc.
I'm 100% sure it not issue of casette deck or tape.
What would be cause? (Don't tell me install modern navigation or change speaker to "modern" one, I won't, I just want to fix/repair it)

Have you tried a source that isn't a tape
It has only tape and FM/AM bro
it also happen on FM/AM too and casette player is probably not cause, it is repaired like 2 yrs ago and work fine. only issue is rear speaker, front is pefect
Have you checked your connections
Well,,,, connection of speaker to factory original cable is fine
I dont know about other lines tho, (i have to strip car to check whole connection so no lol)
Also
Because I dont want to make hole on factory original rear parcel board
Speaker isnt really "secured" on car but just placed on rear board
It dont move around tho
sounds like a loose or bad connection to me
reminds me of the many times I've had headphones with a failing plug, a failing or filthy port on my device, a frayed cable or a driver not fully secured
