I’ve had this issue for a short while now with my front windscreen wiper sounding like it’s scraping on the windscreen, it’s very annoying and quite distracting, it’s even louder in person, and it sometimes looks like the wiper blade is skipping across the windscreen, I only got this car on September 2nd and it’s so new that ideally it shouldn’t have any problems, my local Audi happens to be open whenever I’m at work and shuts when my work finishes, so any diy fixes would be preferred. Thanks anyone in advance for any suggestions or ideas you can think of. My only idea at the moment is that possibly the windscreen wipers are a tad too close to the windscreen? But I personally don’t know how to change that off the top of my head…

If you haven’t yet, try cleaning the rubber “blade” part of the windshield wipers with isopropyl alcohol.
Change windshield wiper blade it should be like 10$ at most
And remember to clean the windshield of any debris while at it as to damage new blades
It sounds like this when it’s wet, which is super weird
That’s after pouring about 2 litres of water onto my windscreen
And like this from the inside afterwards
Maybe replace the blades @graceful mica That should be youre problem.
Oh and one other thing, why do the windows get so much condensation when my parents cars never have this issue?
Thanks for the suggestion, it might be all that’s left for me to possibly try at this point 😂
