Batteries die after so many years of being in the tire. You need to buy a new sensor, and have it installed and programmed.

#

There is a pressure sensor for each wheel so four total.

Why do you have you buy a sensor for your moms expensive car lol?

Either way, just check pressure occasionally, they do it for free at some places

You'll feel it if it goes flat lol

Why is your broke ass trying to help with a new car 😭 😭 😭

Tell her to just get fills for free at some places

Yeah #1 there is a programming tool that’s required, and the sensor needs to be changed out. But for best thing to do is just check it every month it doesn’t effect the tire it just tells the system “Hey, your pressure is low” from indirect or a direct sensor.

If you’re actually skilled you can jack up the car and deflate the tire to get through the sensor, then use a knife to open it up and replace the battery but not even most mechanics will do this

# full shard What? You need to take the tire off the bead which can be difficult depending on...

yeah it's a brutal job, basically after deflating you need to pop the bead off at the sensor and find a way to undo it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVQualySA2Q

In this video we show how to replace a TPMS sensor on a 2018 Buick Enclave without a tire machine at home by using a scissor jack! In addition, we show how to do the OEM TPMS relearn procedure to ensure the new TPMS sensor is relearned correctly to the vehicle. If you're tired of getting a service tire monitor system error on your dash, chec...

don't rotate the tire relative to the wheel and don't allow the bottom bead to break

#

honestly, if you're a kid doing shit for the first time I probably would not do this on a car you need to work

This is a kid, just check the air for your mom every month or 15 days to be safe.

actual easy solution yes, learn to check tire pressure and inflate it
