Nope, sometimes ill be at normal 800 then after a drive itll be 950 but then sometimes itll only cool down to 950 from a cold start

If ecu wasn't tuned with the aftermarket throttle body but idle was still at 800 but now it's randomly at 950, the throttle body is prolly leaking a bit now

the issue was so stupid easy to fix im embarrassed to say it in this thread
but i was def wrong about there not being an air leak

That is probably your issue then.
@cedar imp air leak issues thanks for help i diagnosed that it was a component of the aftermarket throttle body
