#Lexus is250 auto stalling

My lexus is250 will stall when I drive it for the first time in the day, it will only do it once. Then won't happen again till its been left overnight, any ideas

I have no warning lights on the dash

Hey, Lexus tech here. This often happens due failing fuel pressure sensor. It's on the end of one of fuel rails. Replaced mine twice (IS350) and many for customers.

Torque converter (dependent on stall scenario), likely only to be this if it happens when you come to a stop as it should 'disengage the clutchpack'.

Fuelling system. Sensors, pumps, filters, lines.

Battery depletion overnight. Maybe its FUBAR and leaving it overnight is draining it to the extent where it has enough power to start the car but not keep it running until the altenator starts delivering power from engine?

Idle air control valve/vaccum line - controls airflow at idle, if it's faulty may cause car to stall, doesn't sound like this though because you said it only happens once.
