As title said. Had a problem last week with a sound coming from the car and it turned out to be something unrelated to the car. Anyway. They got the car up on a platform and showed me the control arms, bushings, etc needed change and i completely agreed. Fast forward 2 days - they changed it on both wheels with new aftermarket parts. Not even 24 hours after i paid and got it out from there, this sound came up when making a turn.
I have two options: they either didnt install the kit properly.
Or somehow the steering column got fucked also by their hand. How can you fuck up a steering column by installing new arms is beyond me.
When i went back to them to report the problem, they claimed its not from something they installed but from something i already had. And the car never made this sound.
Unimportant but this wasnt a rinky dink service, they had pretty good maintenance and the entire complex looked well maintained and they had good reviews hence why i visited them but i think they scammed the shit out of me. I need a second opinion. Thanks in advance.
