I’ve noticed as I have my ac turned up all the way to cold it’s not as cold as it should be I have 2 other cars that blow more colder and refreshing air than the suv I’m not sure if I’m low on refrigerant cause I hear the only way you can be low is if you have a leak and I’m not sure if I do

Not only that when I have it on cold at full blast it turns off the display still shows it’s on but there’s absolutely no air blowing when it does this

Only thing I’ve replaced on the car that’s ac related is the blend door actuator (it works but even tho the old one would click for a minute or few when ever I turn the ac on or change where the air comes out it worked perfectly fine while the new one has a very loud click when it’s being turned on or after the car turns off. After I replaced it the first time it did this it made the windshield defroster barely blow air comes out but it should definitely blow out more and when you have it so it specifically come out of the windshield defrosters it also comes out of the other vents of the car

I’m thinking that your evaporator is completely iced out. This is why whenever you put it at max there’s no airflow at all. Could also be a fucked blower motor relay or just a bad hvacr module. Also when refrigerant is low the vehicle will typically automatically disengage the blower as a sort of safety mode, likely cause probable leak in refrigeration system, see if you can see anything visible under hood
