Hot and cold air stopped working out of nowhere, still blows out air just can’t change the temperature. Cars not overheating and full coolant. Anyone got an idea?

No I’ve never heard the clicking sound
But the nob to change the temperature felt like it was trying to spring back when turning it

Definitely sounds like a blend door. Lot of work involved if that is the case
