was looking for some ideas to minimize the amount of white paint on here any ideas?

Try normal wash and polish before anything

Clay bar and whatnot

Also wd40/tar remover could work maybe just be careful if the clearcoat is damaged

because i see lots of people using the plods machine but if i could do by hand that would be better

Yeah, and you don’t really need a polisher just use a microfiber. I mean if you can get your hands on one or borrow one obv that’s ideal but I wouldn’t go buy one just for this spot
