10% is usually the threshold for when it’s considered problematic, so you’re just right there. Not a huge issue, but worth spending a few minutes examining your intake tubing and piped for leaks, cracks, etc; anything that may let air in. Spray some starting fluid around while the engine is idling and if you hear the engine react, you’ve found a leak. Alternately, a MAF or upstream O2 sensor may be just starting to be on the Fritz, your MAF reading looks ok on the surface although I’m not sure what the exact value it should be.
