I broke off a bolt because I wasn't paying attention is there a quick way to get it out because I have been drilling for a couple days

Its an unfortunate situation I have found myself in only 2 times, so lets hope others with more than this can step in (I was flailing, at best).
Both times, success was with screw extractors, heat and penetrating oil (accompanied by a lot of cursing). Note that both times, I was not dealing with any critical part like head bolts.
In my opinion, you are on the right track. Upgrade your drill bits, as head bolts are a pretty high carbon steel.
My fingers are crossed that others have better advice for you.

Exactly like Guy said, extractors will help. Heat will be your best friend with extractors.

I’ve had no success with extractors myself, but I am also unskilled with using heat for these scenarios. That’s your best bet, heat and patience is key (don’t be like me)
