2008 Mazda 3, does this engine seem/sound normal? New to cars

paying 3k for this car, it has almost 200k miles and a manual transmission

there are lights i just have my headlights off

and when i have my headlights off the dash lights turn off

It’s idling fine but sounds like it’s ticking to me. It could be nothing or it could be something but I don’t know a ton about Mazda engines
