Unfortunately not a good way to fix that I’ve ever seen. Likely swap the headlight assembly, may be able to get good unit from salvage yard or eBay

That sucks..
the whole assembly is OEM and imported from Japan, not really local in any of our junkyards...
Hope I find a good one someday, even if the glass is faded..

Another common problem with folks doing an LED upgrades where the LED generates more heat than the housing can handle. I've seen much worse, but airz is correct.. no fix for this except replacement.
