I spoke to my parents about it they arent happy with the high milage but they agreed about it so would it be a good idea to buy a Audi a4 B8 1.8 TFSI as a first car?

Depends on your mechanical aptitude. It’s not something you can buy a used one and just expect it to work - it will need something right away, and likely need more things periodically and though it’s life with you.
