Dose enyone know if it is ok to tilt a 1 cilinder engine

I am making a small choper bike out of a schwinn stingray bike and I will have to tilt the engine to get it to fit unless I chop the frame which I don't want to do

It’s worth a shot. Just try it. How much are you trying to tilt it?

The issue would be harmonics and oiling issues mainly.
