Recently my engine has been making more noise than usual not rod knock or valve lash but it’s been louder than usual and I recently took it for a valve adjustment. The shop owner told me after that two valves needed good adjustment and the car seemed fine however recently I’ve noticed a significant dip in power around the top end and the cross over to VTEC is barely noticeable. The only mods I’ve done is a K&N intake and exhaust. If anyone has advice on what the problem could be or maybe advice on how to get my engines power back to how it was from the factory that would be greatly appreciated!
