#2009 Pontiac G6 2.4L Weird injector(???) noise after LTFT reset

There is normal injector noise but past that is a deeper knocking noise. Monitored and no knock detected on scan tool

What was the reason for the LTFT reset?

High LTFT, 30%. Wanted to reset and run injector cleaner primarily as preventative maintenance
After reset threw a fuel system lean code a couple times but hasn't come back since

Copy that. I’m not sure what to make of that noise but at least are your fuel trims and a/f now within normal range and it’s not throwing any trouble codes?

No codes now I plan to drive it for a while and monitor things. Just a weird noise
